Bookings
If you make and confirm your appointment you are agreeing to adhere to these simple rules.
Please be aware all appointments are in a set time schedule and include your consultation and preparation time. On your first appointment please arrive ten minutes early to find the location, a car park and complete your consultation form. Please note a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Late arrivals
If you are 10 minutes past your appointment time, we won’t be able to complete your full service and will need to reschedule your appointment as there is no buffer time between clients.
Cancellations
Please be aware we have a 24hour cancellation policy. You will lose your booking deposit if you cancel on the day of your appointment, reschedule or fail to show. Any future appointments will require a new deposit. Our time is our source of income and when your appointment could have been filled by another client it’s a loss to our small business. We hope you understand and respect this policy and appreciate your o-operation
Returns and guarantees
For products that are either unopened or minimally used, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days
If you weren’t pleased with your service, please reach out to us within 7 days. We do not refund services, but it’s important to us that you are 100% satisfied. Please send us a message regarding your concerns so we can figure out the best course of action tailored to your situation. Store credits may be offered for products or other services.
Covid Safe Plan
Government guidelines are in place to provide the safest environment for both clients & artists. We have implemented the mandatory measures which will allow us to operate legally.
With every booking you, the client, are also agreeing to follow a few simple rules:
Please call and cancel your appointment if you do not feel well on the day of your appointment.
Record home address on private client file
Hand washing or alcohol-based hand sanitiser provided upon arrival.
Do not enter the studio if you have COVID19 symptoms. We have the right to refuse service and insist that anyone with these symptoms leaves the premises.
